Privacy

We do not sell personal details or any kind of sensitive data gathered from the various sources of tracking and communication available to us. It is also in our corporate philosophy to gather only the most necessary data required for providing quality services and developing quality products. Cookies placed on websites from us will always be minimal. However, it is quite possible and it should be rather expected that our partners will place their own cookies, as part of a silent, private or public agreement with us for making use of their services or products. In such cases, you can find further information on the respective pages at our websites. If you need further information, feel free to contact us and we will try our best to respond to all of your questions.

Pricing and refunds

Prices charged are explicitly displayed prior to purchase on the respective website selling our products or services. If no pricing is found to address your case, such as for customized solutions, you should consider prices as subject to negotiation and contact us for further details.

Refunds are handled on a per case basis, in accordance to the terms of service specified on the respective page of any e-commerce website. If no refund policy has been developed for what you want to buy, then you should consider as a rule of thumb that no refunds are issued for payments under one thousand euros. If in doubt, you should rather contact us.
